Include Catalog Number and Price of each selection you wish to receive further information about, and/or to receive a Confirmation Number for your order.

Your Confirmation Number must be included with any payments, and verifies the availability of your selections!

We will confirm the availability of the items in your order and provide you with your Confirmation Number within 24 hours by return e-mail along with any payment information.

PayPal and Credit Card Payments

If you would like to make your purchase by Credit Card or your PayPal account after receiving your Confirmation Number from Don, click on the PayPal Payments button or the Credit Card Buy Now button below.

During the Credit Card or PayPal account purchase, you will be asked to enter the Confirmation Number and total dollar amount of your order, including shipping and handling, and your shipping address. A PayPal account is not required if making a credit card purchase through PayPal. If you do not have an account and wish to make your payment through your new PayPal account, PayPal will walk you through registration when you click on the PayPal Payments button. No delays with PayPal Payments.

Payments by Mail

In your mailing, along with your Payment and Confirmation Number, include your name, shipping address and email address.
